Our Support Coordination team are dedicated and experienced support coordinators & specialist support coordinators who have a unique touch to make the navigating through the NDIS as simple as possible. Our personable crew of Coordinators work closely with you and your family from the get go. We work on personalised goals and desirable outcomes.

Our team works with you and your family to understand your goals and objectives so that you will be able to make the most out of the plan. The support coordinators will ensure that you understand what you are getting through the scheme and how to avail of maximum benefits from NDIS. We will also train your supporting system such as family and carers to assist you in emergencies and other daily activities. We ensure that your choice and control are retained in the matters of your fund usage, connecting with the local providers and also how the services are delivered to you.
