Support Co-ordination is not a one-time process.  Complete Life Care Services team works with you throughout the NDIS service to make sure that you are getting the expected results. Our team also focuses on building your capacity to link with the community by enhancing your informal community connections and social networking skills.

Unlike any other representative or supporting staff of NDIS you have to deal with for the liaison and services, a Support Coordinator is to act as your advisor and the mentor.

People with disabilities are assisted by Complete Life Care Services to accomplish the personal tasks of daily life and help them lead a fuller independent life. Our Support workers assist the participants in their homes and in the wider environment based on the needs and allocated funding of the participants. Complete Life Care Services highly trained support staff provides you Assistance with Daily Personal activities and household tasks to help you live your life with ease. Transportation is provided to help you go through your community participation activities such as attending school, camps, going to a job, or partaking in other recreational activities. In order to fulfil the unique needs and requirements of each participant.  Our supporting staff will either visit you at regular intervals or stay with you for several hours per day in accordance with your needs and level of disability.

Capacity Building is supporting our clients and families to exercise their own choice and control, develop new forms of support and skills that build independence and a happy, contented life.  Capacity building is not a goal in itself.  It is an approach that empowers individuals to access and create a life that is meaningful to them now and into the future.  

We focuses on developing self-care skills,communication skills and

contributing to the household and community, capacity building aims to help participants lead independent lives and better participate in society.

As every NDIS participant has their own unique goals that they’re working towards, what their individual program looks like – and what support the NDIS provides – will vary from person to person

Community Access can be provided to help participants achieve their individual community and social participation goals, including attending social activities, medical appointments, shopping, banking, sporting activities, visiting friends and family and more. 

We can provide one on one support to assist people to access and participate in the community seven days a week.  Community access can be scheduled as one off appointments or as an on-going support to assist people to participate in activities of their choice in the community.  Some of the activities we assist people to participate in are:

- Grocery Shopping

- Medical appointments

- Accessing the library

- Going to the bank and post office

- Accessing the Gym

- Visiting friends and family

- Going to a café or restaurant

- Attending groups and activities

- Hair, nail and beauty appointments

- Going for a walk or drive

- Attending community events

 While we know the value of a clean home in improving our well-being, creating that clean environment can be a challenge for people living with disabilities.  Complete Life Care Services can enable you to achieve a clean home and optimise your health.  

People living with disabilities have varying levels of physical, mental, and emotional functions depending on the nature of their disability and these can have a drastic impact on the tasks they’re able to carry out on a regular basis. Nonetheless, there are some tasks that are absolutely essential to preserving our health and ensuring we can live full lives. Among these, personal Care functions are a bare necessity that lays the groundwork for how we can perform in all other aspects of our lives.

Ensuring that your lawn is regularly maintained is the easiest way to avoid the build-up of weeds, pests, and debris. In doing so, it provides your home with a lovely lawn to look out and see every day.
